The Unbound Vision Rooms will take you on a journey unlike any other. You will witness stories from rehabilitated slaves. Students your own age that were kidnapped and forced into prostitution. The vision rooms are set up for you to be apart of the Unbound Movement. To spur on emotion within you for you to react and stand up to make a difference.

Atrium Experience

As you enter the Unbound Gathering you will be surrounded by different life experiences to open your eyes to the affects of Modern Day Slavery.

You will see various organizations that are fighting for freedom all over the world
You will hear from talented musicians who have a passion to spread the movement through music or poetry
A place for you to sit with other students and process what you just witnessed in the vision rooms
Experiences that give you a glimpse of what modern day slaves might go through

The atrium opens up at 3:30pm for registration and an unforgettable experience

Suhanna’s Rescue

The Unbound Movement has had the privilege of just feeding off of Don Gerred, director of Justice Projects at Crossroads Community Church. This video takes you through the rescue of Suhanna, who was a 15 year old girl that was sold into sex slavery by her mother! Please note that this video is rather long, around 9 minutes. So please check it out if you have 9 minutes to spare. Trust us! You won’t regret it.

Registration is finally here!

Please click Register at the bottom to get yourself or your group signed up to attend the Unbound Movement on Nov 5th and 6th!

Why you should register early?

1. The first 500 people that sign up get a free dinner on Friday Night as well as a free dinner on Saturday Night.
2. Along with the free dinner you will receive guaranteed seating for all of the speaking engagements.

Please take note that this is a free event and please do not over register! Of course we don’t want you to under register either!

What’s new this year?

The Unbound is 2010 is going to be new and improved to bring more awareness to Modern Day Slavery in all its forms.

Here is a list of what you can expect this year at the Unbound Movement

-Fair Trade Fair down at the Freedom Center in Cincinnati. You will see the impact that our shopping decisions have on others around the world

-We will have the vision rooms like last year with a little bit of a twist. They will be highly multi-sensory.

-Experiences all around you. Through out the atrium you will have the opportunity to participate in practical ways to help fight modern day slavery.

Plus so many more. We will reveal those as we get closer to the event, but of course if you want the full effect you will just need to plan to attend on November 5th-6th

Reflection on Unbound Gathering: Josh

As I sat on stage Saturday night, watching the sun go down as we played, I saw hope. In the eyes of everyone in the crowd, I saw hope. In the songs we sang, I heard voices–not in despair, but voices in declaration. Voices that were saying, “no more.” I saw the end of slavery in every face in the crowd. This was probably the most important single event I have ever been a part of. It was by far the greatest musical experience of my life.

Reflection on Unbound Gathering: Andrew

From my vantage point, most of the weekend I either stood in front of all those gathered and delivered information, or stood behind you all while you absorbed information. I realized at some point this past weekend that from behind, it was much easier to see who you were, and to get perspective on how engaged you were in learning about this issue. I am looking forward to this vantage point, following your lead, as your generation dedicates itself to knowing God more by pursuing justice for those who haven’t known it. Thanks for being my inspiration.
